Modified Bitumen Roofs

Modified bitumen roofs are factory- fabricated sheets using fiberglass or polyester, laminated with rubberized asphalt. These sheets are factory surfaced with various colored mineral granules or metal films. Modified roofs are installed with hot asphalt, cold adhesives or open flame torches.
