Single Ply

Single ply roofing is made from large waterproof sheets applied directly to the roof deck or on top of a layer of insulation which forms a watertight membrane. Single Ply PVC

PVC roofs are thermoplastic sheets available in standard white and a variety of designer colors. PVC membrane is sealed together with hot air forming a seam stronger than the sheet itself. Edwards installs PVC made by Sarnafil, the industry leader in heat weldable membranes.

Single Ply EPDM

EPDM roofs are thermo-set rubber sheets available in black or white. EPDM membrane is sealed using special adhesives or self-adhering tapes. Edwards Roofing installs EPDM roofs primarily manufactured by Carlisle Syntec Systems, the oldest and most respected company in the rubber roof industry.

Single Ply TPO
