Edwards Roofing was selected by a national property management company to provide a roofing solution for their shopping center located in Pensacola, Fl across from Cordova mall. Edwards Roofing had the existing gravel roof system power vacuumed and installed a new PVC single ply roof system over rigid insulation board for increased R-Value.
Captain Dave’s
Edwards Roofing removed an existing standing seam roof that was severely deteriorated from the harsh salt air environment and installed a new grey colored TPO single ply roof system and a new aluminum standing seam roof system.
South Harbour Condominiums
Edwards Roofing was selected by a roof consultant to re roof the South Harbour Condominiums. Edwards Roofing installed a new modified bitumen roof system over an existing Light Weight Insulating Concrete (LWIC) system.
